Introduction to Hadoop at KMO Kennisbeurs

Today I presented an introduction to Hadoop during the inspiration sessions at the KMO Kennisbeurs in Leuven. I talked about the problems that traditional systems have with Volume, Velocity and Variety and how an new approach is reflected in hardware and software and what Hadoop is in short (would have liked to give that in the large). I talked about how companies adopt Hadoop and talked about our references with this new technology. Great venue, I had some interesting conversations afterwards about Big Data, RFID and all things related to innovation.
